Book University Facilities With Ease

Facility Usage Guidelines

1. Reservation is required for all facilities in the University except classrooms earmarked for teaching.
2. Employees and students are termed as internal users of the University's facilities.
3. External users must contact the Centre for Strategic Business and Professional Development (CSBPD).
4. Individual employees and students who wish to use facilities for non-official activities must contact CSBPD.
5. Painting, hacking, nailing of banners on walls for an event is prohibited.
6. Possession, use of, or traffic in narcotics and/or other controlled substances is prohibited.
7. Behaviors which endanger the safety of others, including possession of firearms, are prohibited.
8. Smoking is prohibited.
9. Scouting for and moving of furniture without consulting the Municipal Services Department is prohibited.
10. Noisemaking at reserved facilities during working hours is prohibited.
